Laura Linney was one of the greatest American actors to emerge from the past. Her strong and vulnerable roles has made her a household brand. While working as a summer intern with her father's business Laura Linney fell in love with theatre. Then, at Brown University she studied acting as well as at Juilliard School, after which, her career took off. Following her graduation she started an Broadway career. The following year, she began her career in television. She has appeared on numerous stages, films and television programs since. During her career she received several awards, among them the two Golden Globe Awards. Despite her numerous awards, she still loves acting and has performed on stage and screen.
